Dennoch ist der Zugang über den vorgelagerten Carport bequem über 4 Stufen. Vom Carport gelangt man über eine Gartentreppe zum Raum unter dem Haus und dem 300 qm grossen Garten. Es hat in diesem grossen Raum im Erdgeschoss eine Küchenecke, ein Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche, sowie eine Schlafecke.

Von diesem Raum gelangt man über eine Treppe auf die Galerie, hier sind weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist voll möbliert und kann bis zu 4 Personen beherbergen.
