Transfer Formalitäten:

Diese sind einfach. Der Transfer des Objektes ist im Hydra Büro. Beide Parteien unterschreiben, und der Käufer zahlt meinen Teil an mich.

Später wird ein umfangreicher Leasevertrag zwischen Hydra und dem Käufer in seinem Namen erstellt.

Der Käufer kann selbst nach Abu Dhabi zum Transfer kommen, oder autorisiert eine Ersatzpartei (Freund, Anwalt, Immobilienbüro).
