Ban Phe -  Tapong

Unsere Häuser (Einzelbungalow und Doppelbungalow) sind in Ban Phe, einem kleinen Fischerdorf am Golf von Thailand, ca. 180 km südlich von Bangkok.

Das Grundstück (2100 qm) liegt ca. 800 m entfernt vom 'Hat Mae Rumphung' Beach (12 km lang) am Ende einer Sackgasse, in der europäische und thailändische Nachbarn leben.

Im Garten ist ein großer Gartenpavillon mit Teich, der ebenso wie der Carport frei benutzt werden kann.

Der Bungalow ist voll möbliert, u.a. Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe etc.. Fernseher (über Internet), DVD und Internet sind vorhanden wie auch ein Minisafe, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Wasserkocher, Induktionsplatte, Mikrowelle, Deckenventilator, Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, Gartenstühle und Liegen.

Der Einzelbungalow hat zwei Schlafzimmer (einmal Doppelbett, einmal Schlafsofa), ein Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Tiefkühl-/Kühlschrank-Kombination sowie zusätzlich einen Backofen, Duschbad und eine überdachte grosse Terrasse. Der Bungalow hat eine Fläche von ca. 65 m² und die überdachte Terrasse ca. 25 m².

Einzelbungalow: 6.000 Baht/Woche oder 18.000 Baht/Monat
 inkl. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Endreinigung

Ban Phe - Tapong

Our house in Ban Phe, a small fishing village on the Gulf of Thailand, about 180 km south of Bangkok.

The plot (2100 sqm) is located about 800 meters away from the 'Hat Mae Rumphung' Beach life (12 km large) at a dead end with European and Thai neighbors.

In the garden is a garden pavilion with a pond that can be used as well the carport for free.

The bungalow is fully furnished, e.g. crockery, cutlery, pots etc.. TV (via Internet), DVD and Internet are available as well as a safety deposit box, towels, bed linen, electric kettle, induction plate, microwave, ceiling fan, air conditioning in the bedroom, garden chairs and couches.

The bungalow has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 with sofa) and a living room, kitchen with fridge, stove, shower room and a covered terrace. The bungalow has an area of 65 m2 and a covered terrace of approx 25 m2.
