Der Eingang des Resort hat einen Sicherheitsdienst rund um die Uhr.
Das Haus mit Inventar verkauft. Grosse Teile des Inventars sind echte europäische Massivholz - Antiquitäten oder Reproduktionen hoher Qualität aus Eiben - und Eichenholz. Ein Inventarverzeichnis für das Herrenhaus steht zur Verfügung. Die Fensterdekorationen wie Vorhänge usw. sind enthalten, teilweise das Kleininventar.
Das Haus wurde sorgfältig und in bester Qualität 1997 errichtet und sehr gut unterhalten. Es hat mehrere Klimaanlagen, die Wohnhalle selbst nicht, da auf Grund der hohen Decke mit eingebauten Lichtspots, ohnedies ein angenehmes Wohnklima erreicht wird. Die Fussböden sind aus dem edlen Hartholz Maka, welches auch unter den Namen Afzelia oder Pahudia bekannt ist und deren Bäume bis zu 300 Jahre alt werden können, teilweise Granit, Marmor, Fliesen in den Nassräumen. Auf dem Parkgrundstück ist eine romantische Pergole über der Zisterne, es ist ein Wasserspiel mit Rieselwand als kleines Bad oder für Fische, erhöht gebaut, vorhanden.
