Private Atmosphäre, nur 9 Apartments und diese sind gross, ca. 30 qm jedes.
Optisch durch einen Raumteiler in Wohnen und Schlafen unterteilt, grosse Einbauschränke, Schreibtisch, Sitzgarnitur und ein grosses Bett sind die Voraussetzungen zum sich Wohlfühlen. Die Küche ist separat und hat eine kleine Essecke, das Bad ist mit Toilette und Duschkabine ausgestattet und selbstverständlich warmes Wasser.
Alle Apartments sind klimatisiert und haben TV, Telefon, Terrasse oder Balkon. Ein überdachter Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung.
In den Preisen ist tägliche Zimmerreinigung enthalten. Allerdings ist keine Bettwäsche zur Verfügung, diese sollte sich der Mieter selbst besorgen.
Ausstattung
Die Preise:
Je Monat 250 Euro und für ein ganzes Jahr 2000 Euro
Strom wird extra bezahlt.
Die Vermittlungsprovision ist bis zu einem Monat 79 Euro, für bis zu drei Monate 125 Euro, bis zu 6 Monate 250 Euro und für länger 500 Euro, darin ist jeweils die Mehrwertsteuer mit 19% enthalten.

A proud house where you can rent an apartment.
Private atmosphere, only 9 apartments and these are large, about 30 square meters each.
Optical partitioned with a room divider in living room and bedroom, large wardrobe, desk, sofa and a big bed are the requirements to be feel good.
The kitchen is separate and has a small dining area, the bathroom has a toilet and shower, and of course warm water.
All apartments are air conditioned and have TV, telephone, terrace or balcony.
A covered parking is available.
In the prices of daily room cleaning is included.
However, no bed linen is available, they should get the tenants themselves.
Prices:
250 euros per month for an entire year and 2000 euros
Electricity is paid for separately.
The commission fee is 79 euros up to one month, three months for up to 125 euro up to 6 months for 250 euros and 500 euros for longer, which is included within each of the VAT at 19%.
