In Blankaholm befindet sich auch einen Naturcamping. Die nächste grössere Stadt, Västervik ist 34 km entfernt und hier finden Sie alle notwendige Geschäften. Stockholm ist 300 km nordlich.
 

Im Sommer gibt es in Blankaholm mehr zu tun als im Winter. Es ist hier dann warm.
Touristen gibt es hier nur im Sommer.

Im Winter habe Sie die Möglichkeit das Haus warm zu halten entweder durch den sogenannten (Pellets) Ofen oder den gemütlichen Feuerplatz.
Die Pellets Methode ist sehr populär in Schweden und ist auch sehr einfach im gebrauch und funktioniert ausserordentlich gut. Das Haus ist gut isoliert und hält Sie deswegen gut warm.

Auch gibt es noch einen elektrischen Boiler von; 70 Liter.

Die totalen Wohnfläche ist 178 m2. Eigentlich ist es 2 X 89 m2.
Oben und unter gibt es die gleiche Wohnoberfläche von 89 m2.

Das Haus ist vom Eigentümer selbst sehr gut unterhalten worden und ist gut in Schuss.
In den grossen Dachboden können gibt es tollen Stauraum.
Im Garten gibt es einen kleinen Schuppen.
Die Garage grenzt am Haus und hieran gibt es einen Schutzdach.

 This roomy house is in Blankaholm at the southeast coast of Sweden. Perfectly to live or for holidays, as you wish.

Forest is only two minutes far away from the house. There walking leaves itself and gives it a beautiful prospect marvelous on the mountains.

Only five minutes (400 meters), to the foot are you with the cosy Jachthaven at the sea with beautiful a prospect. Here there is also a small supermarket.

In Blankaholm is also nature camping.

The next larger city, Västervik is 34 km far away and here finds you all necessary business. Stockholm is 300 km nordlich. In the summer it gives to do to more in Blankaholm than in the winter. It is here then warm.

There are tourists here only in the summer.

In the winter the possibility the house has you to keep warm either by the so-called (pellets) furnace or the cosy fire place. The pellets method is very popular in Sweden and is also very simply the used and functioned extraordinarily good.

The house is well insulating and keeps you therefore well warm. Also there is still another electrical storage water heater of; 70 litres.
